Zim believes he can use an acne medication to get rid of the pimple, but when it gets even worse and Gir draws a little face on the pimple, Zim thinks all hope is lost; although Zim soon discovers that the pimple has hypnotic powers and hopes to exploit this new power to make Dib reveal his secret.
